Remove about the half of soup ,add a bottle of red wine ,boil the soup over a low flame for about 30 minutes . Then add the Domigras sauce ,Laurus ,Consomme and gringed vegetables boil again for about 30 munites with a low flame Finaly ,add the vegetables that we took out before and cut the beef tongue as you like and served .
Please eat during they are warm .It taste better .
It is depends on beef tang .There are many
kinds of beef tongue ,how old ,where they come from etc. ,so we can't
say normal price ,but they almost stay in the price between 2000yen

.They have a very good fravor ! BThis the beef tongue we
are going to cook .It is easy to gets dark color. Cover the beef tongue with an enough water . CBoil the beef tongue and the vegetables by a pressure cooker for about 30munites . DAdd a bottle of red wine and boil
again with a low flame for 30 munites. EThese are the gringed vegetables .(carrot、onion、celery) Add the gringed vegetables FaddE,Domiglas sause and Consomme ,boil for 30 munites with a low flame . Gadd celery .It is almoust done . Hcut the beef tongue as thick as you want and eat while it is hot .
